Employment Relations 'Support Person' Insurance
We have acted as a support person for family members of Tiwai Workers over the last several years and feedback has been very positive.
Did you realise at disciplinary meetings you are entitled to have a support person present - of your choice?
Ensure personalities aren't affecting your job satisfaction. Because of the feedback, we want to make a group offer for our services. 3 fee options and weekly, fortnightly and monthly payments (we will accept annual payments in advance).
The fee is inclusive of the following insurances:
Life Cover $4000.00 (natural death) and an additional $6000.00 (Accidental Death).
To qualify for the Life Cover you must be no older than 65years of age and up to date with AWUNZ fees. Children under 18 years of age are not covered in the above insurances.
The following is a fee structure at a weekly rate:
Single Tiwai Worker
$5.00 per week - ($260 per year)
Tiwai Worker + Spouse/Partner
$8.50 per week- ($442 per year)
Tiwai Worker + Spouse/Partner + Children (18yrs)
$10.00 per week - ($520 per year)
Ensure you and your family are covered for workplace support when and where ever you need it. Once you are signed up you will receive an information pack with all the necessary details and an AWUNZ membership card. Membership is confidential.
