Calvin has a Teaching and financial background but worked at the NZ Cement works at Burnside; in most departments, before becoming a Union Official. During and prior to his time at Teachers Training College he worked as a “Seagull” on the Wharf, Construction Sites, Retail, Warehousing, and a whole range of other work. General advocacy responsibilities for the Union.

Lindsay has over 20 years of experience (originally with the Transport and General Workers Union). Lindsay has expertise in the Transport industry including passenger transport and general contracting; in addition he is a qualified Drug and Alcohol Councillor.

Lou has been an official (originally with the Transport and General Workers Union) for over 20 years and in addition was President of the Drivers Union for 10 years). Lou was also employed with the Freightways Group for 16 years. Transport expertise, together with St John Ambulance matters.
